JARC Application
This document contains and inventory of all the federal programs which provide transportation funding for the transportation disadvantaged; a helpful tool to have when searching for potential funding sources.
New Freedom Application
This document was developed by RLS for use in the Oregon human services coordination planning effort and proved a useful tool for summarizing provider information.
The California Department of Transportation posted sample plans for small, large, and extra-loarge coordinated regions which should be very useful given the variety of regions in Illinois.
A requirement of each regional coordinator will be to prepare and present a Program of Projects to the State Oversight Committee and IDOT. This sample is sufficient to meet that requirement.
A comprehensive FTA sponsored toolkit for coordinating services in rural communities.
A comprehensive Transportation Research Board sponsored methodology for calculating the potential transportation demand for human services agencies.
A tool designed to assist coordinators in making progressive strides toward coordinating communities.
A sample vehicle inventory chart designed to illustrate each vehicle in a provider inventory and the available time for each during a routine operational day.
This document outlines the required elements of the HSTP plan and provides valuable information on data mining methodology and report preparation.
