After TW went to press yesterday, Senate Majority Leader Reid announced he was withdrawing his support from the bi-partisan jobs/stimulus bill, but offered proposals to extend the Highway Trust Fund to Dec. 31 and to expand Build America Bonds.<br><br> See pdf of update below.
